Erik's in Germany on business, so I've been all by my lonesome this week. It's been nice wandering around the city on my own. I've been catching up with friends I haven't seen in a while and doing lots of girlie things, like getting my nails done, baking bread, and watching Nancy Myers movies. Yesterday I ventured in the city to get a facial and go to yoga, and today I'm headed to the pool (albeit the free one in Bed Stuy) and maybe catching an indie rock concert in Williamsburg. I feel like a Real Housewife, only poorer and more Brooklyn.
